Replace the boost recirculation valves with aftermarket ones.

 

I have heard that getting rid of the cats is a good way as well.

 

Buy a subaru with a blow-off valve venting to atmosphere!! haha. But for real it is awesome to hear that turbo winding up and releasing. Do the aftermarket airfilters make it a bit louder?

 

Replace the stock exhaust with a Cargraphic Race system. Check the video...all you hear is turbo whistling.

1) Replace stock exhaust with cargraphic race exhaust which deletes the cats

2) fabspeed open air intake

3) fabspeed headers

You will hear the turbos very very clearly and you will also hear the turbos very clearly from outside, even while you accelerate in low rpms. Intoxicating sound I tell you.

 

Here you go, you can start using it on the car you have now

 

In addition to all of the above, add aftermarket intake piping. After that I could hear spool even at low throttle.

 

And if that doesn't work, try these. LMFAO.
