Gentlemen

A friend of mine interested in getting his red GT2 wrapped. Can you guys please share some examples of really nice wraps done on a 911/997 carrera/TT/GT2/3? Much appreciated in advance!

 

Seen a few on the site. ModernImage has done plenty of cars and they have some pics of them doing it. The thread "war admiral" Champion motorsports has an ice blue IIRC wrapped 997.2 TT If he does do it definitly post some pics!

 

Hello RioGrandeValley. At Modern Image we can do full vehicle wraps, partial vehicle wraps or custom graphics. Here are a few recent wraps that we have done.


2 Renntrack dot com track pcars. One with partial wrap and one full wrap (Silver to Matte White).


Falken Tire race car. Full wrap.


430 from Gloss Black to Matte White, full wrap

Thank you guys for all the pics as I'm sure they'll be great help. Will be forwarding this link to my friend to see if anything catches his eye. He did mention yellow and black for the color but still looking for what designs if any for his GT2. Once it's done I'll be posting some pics up here for you guys to see. For now here's a pic or two of his car as it currently is can't wait for the end result! FYI the yellow accents are just painters tape added to keep from rock chips during a local track session.

Vividracing, I really like your wraps. Do you do your wraps in house?

 

sometimes I rap freestyle we dont do it here.

Aw man, that brings back some good memories. I have been up at Palomar since the Targa Trophy in September.

 

Whatever you get it wrapped with, make sure that it is not the printed color, but rather that, the vinyl is actually the color you are doing.

 

Gorgeous car, how about a matte black or gray wrap?

Btw, anyone know of any places in the Chicago area that do good wrap work?
