After just shy of 6 months wait time for a steering wheel, it has finally arrived. Nice quality piece. They actually managed to get the perforated leather that I ordered which was a surprise..... Another surprise was the fact that they shipped the wrong f*cking wheel!!! After supplying the VIN and numerous phone calls throughout the wait they actually made the wrong wheel. Seriously???? How dumb can one company be???? I must've said it ten f*cking times!! Anyone that wants it PM me.. For sale as it is useless to me (as is Vorsteiner). Smooth leather top and bottom, perforated on the sides, flat bottom, white stitching sport wheel (for the round airbag). I am going to order the Techart right now. I will never deal with Vorsteiner again.. And if anyone on here is considering buying anything Vorsteiner, you should seriously consider suicide, drugs, alcohol and or therapy. Fail, fail, fail....EPIC FAIL!!! I am amazed at how f*cking useless some people could actually be.

Unfortunately this is all too common these days, nobody takes ownership of anything and to top it off nobody gives a damn.

I am having issues with Tial and the quality of their turbo's or lack of.

Normally a company should bend over backwards to fix a problem but all I get is...well you read the response and see for yourself.

It'll work on any 997 that has the sport-wheel with the round airbag. I'll post up pics tonight when I get home.

How's the quality of the wheel? Did you order a multifunction steering wheel and they made you a round one? Do you get to keep that vorsteiner one?

I ordered the multi-function (triangle airbag) wheel... and I got the round one. When I cancelled the order last month for taking too long they said they were gonna send it to me anyway free of charge. It really is a shame, it looks nice, but it's just a nice leather paper-weight now... unless I get rid of it or buy the round airbag.

Pete bro... Lets work together here. Just saw this and then spoke to Vorsteiner. Our order does state multi-function wheel, which equals the triangle airbag. Obviously this has been a big issue and personally knowing the owner and his passion for his company, he will correct this immediately.

Issues -
- wrong airbag setup
- long delivery

Fixes -
- Vorsteiner has already not charged you and will take the wheel back and redo it with top priority 100% free. If you will take his offer, he will work diligently to give you the steering wheel corrected 100% free at no charge for the hassles.

Let me know if I can help mediate between you and Vorsteiner to make this right.
