Obviously a very subjective question. Several members here have a Techart wheel. Excellent craftsmanship/quality (just stay away from the carbon fiber) but is the most expensive of the bunch.
Vorsteiner has proved itself to have crap customer service.
DCT is slowly making a mark and appears to put out a very good product at a significantly lower price point than Techart.

Love my Techart wheel.

I have the Techart with carbon fiber steering wheel and love it They had trouble early with them cracking but, according to Mark at CEC (where I bought mine) the problem has been solved. More importantly, their customer service is great. Mine cracked and they offered to send me a new one without carbon and refund the difference. Since I really wanted the carbon, I asked if I could postpone the decision in hopes they would come up with a cure. About a year later i was in contact with them and they said they had solved the problem and sent me a new carbon wheel. So far so good but it has not gone through a hot summer yet. I don't think they would have built a new one (I am sure a cocoa w/silver stitching carbon wheel wasn't just setting around) and shipped it to me unless they were confident the problem was solved. There are less expensive steering wheels available but TechArt along with CEC, IMHO, sets the standard for both the wheel and customer service.

I have the Techart wheel and I have no complaints with them. Like eveything they produce, the quality is top notch. It's as OE as you can get in the aftermarket, but at a higher price point.

Where can I find cheap wheel for core exchange?
Does it has to be same style as my wheel?

You can always check e-bay for cheap used wheels. It does not have to be the same style as long as it's an OEM piece.

If you are talking about TechArt, they do not require a wheel exchange or core charge.

Not required, but it's another $850!
