the next step

I am ready for more power etc. I have an APR tune and am very more power.

Exhaust, what do you guys recommend. My car is a tip, I do not want any drone in my car. That was a major issue in my 996tt and I hated it. Thoughts and what type of power increase are you guys seeing with an exhaust

Any thoughts on the tip ecu upgrade that is offered, has anyone done this

What's the next logical step with the car, I am not getting into upgraded turbos, etc, that's one reason why I went with the APR

Thanks

Exhaust: europipe, markski exhaust, cargraphic, bbi, speedtech, you have from what to choose.
The guys who made the ecu upgrade are happy with the mod...
Buy some dv's, filter and that's is it if you don't want upgraded turbos.

SPI and Proto catless X-pipe r way to go!!

X-pipe = No drone and excellent performance!

TCU upgrade is worth it IMO!! Most of tuners offer TCU upgrade

Here is EVOMS TCU upgrade thread
https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...e-testing.html

KEEP IN MIND THAT IF U WANNA WITH TCU UPGRADE U NEED ALSO TO EXTEND THE REV LIMITER ON THE ECU/DME TO MATCH THE TCU!!

You cant go wrong sticking to the major players when it comes to exhausts. Do that and perhaps consider a BCM filter and an IPD plenum to maximize everything outside of swapping the turbos out. Oh, and start saving for a new clutch, at this level you will probably need it sooner or later.

APR has their own exhaust, definately no drone at all. Their power figures on their site were created using this exhaust system.
