Rain & Shine at LS with RE-11s
The RE-11 245/35's ended up fitting quite nicely up front. We were a little concerned about the fit/rubbing while running a 7mm spacer, however it wasn't an issue. You can see in the photos below the comparison between the 235 vs 245. Most noticeable, is how flush the 235's are with the rim face compared to that of the 245's protruding out board about 5mm. These 245's have a more similar fit/sizing of my Hoosier R6's 235/35's. Although when running the R6 235's I have to remove the 7mm spacer and use shorter lugs. That's how much wider the R6's really are.
Even though I mentioned next time I would try a different tire/make....I think I will try running the RE 325's in back once available...then move onto something different...gotta explore the options.

Fortunately the rain held off and track dried up enough to be Hoosier friendly. Therefore, unfortunately I didn't get to test out the new RE-11 set-up with the 245's up front.

Highlight clip from yesterdays event at Infineon/Sears Point/ Sonoma Raceway...whatever you want to call it.
The track was dirty, damp, and cold with puddles here and there throughout the entire day.
Harry's Laptimer got me with two back to back low 1:49's...not the cleanest, or prettiest lines, but it got the job done...enjoy..

Nice!!

A look back at 2012. Shot in the middle of summer in a completely natural environment and no post work. This image just says "Seasons Greetings" to me.
Wishing you all a wonderful Holiday Season with family and friends, as well as the very best for 2013!
Cheers,
