So I decided to put my own AWE exhaust on. The nuts were rusted beyond savor. Everything is out except upper inside nut/stub, I need suggestions to get those *****es out. I've..
1. Used tons of liquid wrench, wd40
2. Easy outs don't have enough clearance
3. Wrenches just strip nut
4. Needle nose Vise grips just strip nut

I cut some of the other nuts off using a dremel, until they were too weak to hold.

I'm stuck with every nut and bolt out except these 2 on both sides. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Yes, I have full clearance to them. Just can't figure out how to get enough grip. Thinking there is a tool I haven't thought of.

I had exhausts on/off my 2007 tt a dozen times, never experienced that issue. BTW, I never even removed the bumper or anything else, too much work.
I digress, I think you'll have to pull the turbos and use a proper stud removal tool.
