I'm sure there are some solutions out there. I would check the detailing threads here or on the web for products. I know there's a ton of them out there, but personally can't speak to any.
BTW - I have the same problem, so need to find some cleaning products too, when I have the time

I have the same problem. Cleaning the inside gasket has not seemed to help - maybe I didn't clean it aggressively enough? And what cleaning solution should I use? I am afraid of damaging the gasket.

I know that when I had my car detailed professionally, the streaks were gone - for a few weeks. Now they are back with a vengence. So obviously they did something that was different; unfortunately I didn't know to ask at the time.

If your windows are tinted at all, I would avoid any of the commercial cleaners, even the "safe" ones. Distilled water with a microfiber cloth will clean the windows without leaving anything behind. As far as the window seals, I would do the same thing: distilled water and a microfiber cloth shoved down between the seals and pulled from one end to the other several times.

Good luck.

I used the stuff that convertibles use for the seal BMW's GummiPhlege or used Dow Corning Silicone High-Vacuum Grease
