I have had the same issue twice now. Restart the car and all is good. I would be interested in what you find out. I need to take a picture like you did. So, the next time I go to the dealer I can show them I am not crazy.
My car is a 997.1 and it also has the "factory" SAT radio module from the cayenne. I am thinking that could be this issue. I think the SAT radio sound quality sucks. So, I let my subscription die but there were time when I would try to use it and it would not work. The radio could not find the sat radio module on the fiber loop.
Good luck.

Yousef, if you are getting an intermittent error saying that nav, amp, phone, and CDC are all not available, you have a problem with your MOST fiberoptic circuit or the control unit in your PCM is faulty.

When you get the error, do you have power to each of the units listed? IE does your dvd/nav eject? CD changer eject? I have a hard time believing it's simply a fuse issue - if the fuse was out, the system would stop working completely, not intermittently.

Is your audio system stock? Have you added an iPod interface or aftermarket amp and speakers?

well yes you are are right , i got the error once i switch on the car , sometimes i switched the car off then back on ! everything works but after 10mins or less , the error apeared in the PCM and all the pcm functions stop working !!!!

and when i got the error the NAV,phone and cd changer will keep not working too !!

i have stock audio system and no ipod or aftermarket amp and speakers

its weired and killing me .. the idea about running the car and the music ,phone , NAV etc all work fine , then suddenly everything stop working is very very bad !!

Try clear in the PCM fault with PIWIS and see if it comes back. My guess is your PCM unit is faulty.

Is your car still under warranty? I am only guessing at what the problem is. I would hate for you to spend money to replace the head unit only to have the problem not go away.
