Yes, that is what I'm talking about, since you have black PCM 3.0 and A/C controls, I was expecting the new style steering wheel. It seems like the old 997.1 sport steering wheel... where the horn ring matches the volcano grey on the PCM and center stack items/controls..
Yes it's the 997.1 sports steering wheel, which was stock on my car. I agree that it would have been nicer to get the new one, but I would have had to purchase a new airbag which I didn't want to bother with. FYI, the feel of this new wheel is beyond amazing!

The steeering wheel is made by DCT Motor Sports http://www.dctms.com/. They can make anything you want and they definitely do them for the 996. Give Ivan a call. He'll make it happen for you.
