Troubleshooting: No boost.Zero boost

Today, my brother and I take the 911 out to the local Ferrari meet and suddenly we have zero boost. The car idles fine, drives fine, no codes on the scanner but has zero boost.

I checked all hose to the intercoolers, turbos, y-pipe and throttle body and they are all secure. We tired boosting one time and it sounded like a leak at first ( the sound after a hose has popped off and you can hear a lot more air) but all the hoses are secure.

Im going to make a call to the dealer monday and get it in Tuesday but for now I hope to get a understanding of whats going on and maybe fix it myself

Performance Mod List: modded 65mm turbos, i/c, werks1 airbox, agency power straight exhaust, agency power boost valves, plugs, 5 bar fpr, werks1 hoses, GIAC tune, sachs 2.5 with lwfw.

check the rod that connects the waste gate to actuator, they tend to come off.

Yes, move those little rods on each turbo to be sure they are ok, they need grease sometimes.
When turning the contact key you must hear the Vtg vanes moving to initial point behind the both rear wheels.
If not you can check too the wire on each Vtg motor, once one was disconnected on my car and boost was 0.3.
If one turbo has a disfonctionnement, the Ecu do not permit the other one to build boost.

Good luck!

after connecting and disconnecting the vgt plugs on the wastegates, the pass side actuator rod is still movable with a push of a finger, the drivers side is not movable. the pass side is where the odd noise is coming from

Update: car is at dealer and faults include O2 (we have straight exhaust) and some for boost actuators. They tested the actuators and both operate correctly.

Both turbos continue to spin freely and also spin freely upon shut down, stopping evenly. Both myself and the tech noticed that the pass side turbo doesnt sound as loud or have that much noticeable spooling sound.

How does a car go from running completely perfect to zero boost after not driving it for less than a week? I hope someone can give me some insight into what could be possibly causing all of this.

the right side turbo sounds "off" and when you do boost, it sounds like escaping air.
