Hi guys!

I need a boost controller and I don't want a linear limited value, I want to map my boost according to the rpms.

I noticed only 2 EBCs wich are proposing it:
-Apexi AVCR
-HKS EVC6

Have some guys here experience with one or the other?

I ordered hks though.. I havent installed it yet, but i think this is the way to go..

Hks is the best way to go , very easy to install but should be tuned well !!!

I installed the TB sensor and controlled the boost by it ! But never tried it on RPM sensor or speed !!

Ok, I'm about connecting my EVC6, I would like to use the rpm signal to control the boost, do I need to connect the blue wire as well or only the white and ok?

 

To be honest i could not install the RPM sensor on my 997tt , i just ran the TB sensor , if you need help installing and wire it , please let me know , i will be happy to help you

I guess I will do the opposite: only rpm signal, a throttle issue because a wiring mistake or else scares me (imagine the throttle wide open by error, no cable to close it and >750 hp)
I will probably have questions when tune it.

any news with the boost controller !? Any updates ?! I am afraid i will buy also Greedy if i am not sure for the setup...

Btw i believe my engine will be ready in 10 days..

 

Guys, if you want to make boost by gear or boost by speed go with Blitz ID Spec R + Power Meter ID, its very easy to tune and work perfect.
