Any springs lower more than 20mm?

Curious if anyone knows of a spring set that goes lower than 20mm?

I've had H&R on my past 997 and I wanted it lower

I think lower than 20 and you'll have shock bottoming out issues.

H&R springs for the 997 Turbo lower the car 1 inch (25mm). On the Carrera models they lower 1.2 inches (30mm), so if you weren't happy with the drop on that car, definitely don't get them for the turbo.

We use them A LOT of Turbo cars and I personally think the drop is perfect. Gets rid of the nasty wheel gap, and still rides more or less like stock.

Gotta say that coil overs, either kwv3's or Bilsteins will be the way to go. That way you can go lower and after you rip off two splitters, you can raise it back up .

Had bilstein on my past 997tt and to be honest they don't go that much lower. Wasn't worth the extra cost for me.

It's worth a try, even 400/600, but I would call JRZ first and see what the lowest spring rates they would recommend. The JRZ dampers are designed for higher spring rates and there is a limit as to how low you could go with the spring rates. Each particular damper, whether JRZ, or Bilstein, is designed for a limited range of spring rates you could try; small variation is ok, big variation is not a good idea unless you re-valve the damper, and even so success is not necessarily guaranteed.

Even so, it may not help, as it's the dampers that are also responsible for suspension stiffness, and the construction of spring hat/bearing/spring seat itself (*maybe* less rubber gasket, more metal, but I am not sure about this). Someone here had JRZ and eventually had to take it off for the same problem you are having - a superior system for track junkies but simply too stiff and unforgiving for street driving.
