Sluggish?... How do I test it

My 997.1 TT is still fairly new to me. Have a question, can't tell if it is just me, but the car feels a little sluggish in lower RPMs. Off the line in first doesn't feel as powerful as it once was. Once it hits 4k RPM, it seems to kick up a notch with the turbos. What's the best way to test if the car is actually performing up to standards?

The boost pressure seems to mirror what folks on the forums say, so don't think it is that. The car is basically stock outside of a recently mounted cargraphic loud exhaust.

Any guidance is appreciated. Sorry if this is a novice question.

Do you have sport mode on? That will make the throttle response feel quicker.

Redline911

Did you have any joy with the sluggishness?

Had our turbo for a few months now but just feels dead on power even though boost figures are matching up

Its standard apart from an uprated exhaust

Any ideas?

They need to do a run with their diagnostics hooked up. My arms were cleaned and lubed but the boost was erratic. Check if yours pulls constant or jumps. They finally changed one and all is now well.
The car should be scary.

Thanks. When you say 'they' --- do you mean have the dealership do a test hooked up? Trying to figure out who can do the test. Thanks!
