Yes I tested it on my 997.2 Turbo S when it was stock.
It made 30/35 as advertised in the mid range on Cobb's Mustang Dyno. Of course you need a tune to take advantage of it top end as well, otherwise the factory ECU will limit torque above 4,500 RPMs and not allow for any performance increase. But even without a tune the increase in mid-range alone is fantastic.

Anyone tried their Y pipe. I read somewhere they are also claiming similar gains. Does this mean from Y pipe and IPD you will gain 60 whp. Now that would be hard to believe but I am willing to listen if anyone have some proof of actual power gains.

No, with mods, you can't just take the separate gains and just add them all.
