Pedals from SunCoast

I just got the pedals installed and they are really good quality for the $100 price.

I recently installed the same pedal set on my TTS. They look great, but in the interest of full disclosure, took considerably more time and effort than the claimed 45 minute installation time. This was despite the fact that I had a very qualified and trusted mechanic doing the work.

I'm also happy with the pedals. They are really nice for the $100.

It didn't take me that long to install them. Maybe 30 minutes? The dead pedal and accelerator were very easy. Got those both in in under 5-10 minutes. The brake pedal was longer as it requires drilling into metal but still not bad.

I have to admit that I had an audio shop install them. Since they are used to working with dashboards, I thought that they would do a better job than I could. It took them half an hour and charged me $35 for it.

yeah, drilling through the steel on the brake pedal is a serious job. the other pedals are easy but anyone considering installing these needs to be ready and equipped with the right power drill and drill bits to cut through some thick steel!

I got similar ones for my Tip a while back. Thought they were pretty easy, but took me forever to find black bolts I was happy with to align with the rubber dots Also ended up creating a rubber cover for one so the pattern was true...I know..very ****
