Here is a shot of the module in place, what you see at the bottom is the carpet peeled back. It goes right back into place however when done. Note the black plastic clamps which hold the module in place...be careful not to snap them (although they are fairly sturdy).

Awesome and thanks! Just need to wait for spring to arrive and the dollar to spring back! 😊

Just read that the US dollar is hitting decade highs! I suspect a correction is due soon... Pick up the unit anyway, what's a few C$ between you and satisfaction Like many have said, (and I can vouch) it's worth it...

I can concur, on that first drive I wondered if my township had fixed the roads!! I can't wait to really push it. I'm considering attending the PCA HPDE in Mountain Lakes, NJ on 2/22 (weather permitting) to further test it out!

+1 on Taeisallin's response, it's a hard plastic outer shell. What was it before, a metal casing?

The case on the DSC module has been plastic since day one. From Porsche they come as a plastic case on the factory PASM box. We just changed the color from our first production run.

Awesome writeup! Rep points of course. I will definitely get one of these, just waiting till our peso rebounds a little since I'm in no rush with the car being in hibernation. In fact, I'll pick it up when I'm on vacation in Florida.
Harris, are these a stocked item or is there a lead time?
