We have just installed a new 4WD dyno at our facility in Torrance, California. We are located at the Western exit of the 405. If you are interested in testing your car we are now taking appointments to use the dyno.
We also have an installation facility as well as a fabrication department so if you are interested in testing your car before, then installing some parts and testing again afterwards we welcome that as well and can provide you with all of those services.
We are an official dealer for Cobb, AMS, EVOMs, TechArt, H&R, GMG, IPD, ADV1, HRE, VOLK and can probably help you get any parts that you need for your car. Please feel free to give us a call anytime for any of your needs.
We are open Monday-Friday and on weekends by appointment only.
We just epoxy coated the floor of the dyno room this weekend. Our noise control/wind simulation room is shipping to us today and should be here in about a week. Now we really have to paint the walls this week.
congratulations guys looks sweet !! looks a bit toooo clean .. ever dynoed 997 TT on there ? I just dynoed at another Mustang AWD and it did NOT have any presets for the 2007 997 TT .. so we picked Carearra 4s .. and had a lot of waves across the curves as if the car is jumping on the dyno ... Tried fronts follow the rear mode ( fronts free spinning) - it did not like that either
Also is that 1 fan enough for our cars ?
So I wanted to know if you had any experience running a 997 TT. Have any base lines ? how much a stock Turbo puts down ? or any well known cars ? thx ..Ari

When you pick a car in the set up all that is for is for the aerodynamics for the dyno. It calculates drag so picking a car with the same shape as yours is ok. We have not dyno'ed a stoic 997TT, we have dynode 991TT's on here.
The fan is never enough and we have a solution for that but we are waiting to get it all installed. The parts for that are supposed to start arriving this week. The fan that you see is just a temporary solution. We are building somewhat of a wind tunnel in the room that should simulate air going over the car at the same speed that the car is driving on the dyno. It is a very very big investment but we should have it all done soon.
We just received the last fan that we were waiting for to finish our dyno room. It has definitely taken longer than expected. We should have this fan wired up and the roof construction for the air inlet done shortly.
This fan is 5000lbs. and was more expensive than the dyno and our dyno room. It is electronically connected to the dyno and the windspeed created by the fan will match the cars speed on the dyno which is something that was very important to us and something that should be important to you too.
If you are looking for a solution to simulate real driving conditions while you are on the dyno, that solution is now available in SoCal.
Please feel free to get in touch with any questions that you may have for us about our dyno. We offer dyno time at super competitive rates and we welcome all cars to use our dyno.
