I've posted pic of my last dyno.. I'm looking to install do88 inlet pipes... My question is that if I'm installing 82 mm idp plenum would anyone thing that plenum whould be to big for stock turbos to handle..Garth from undercover would be dialing in that tune so I know his going to be doing right by how the car is going to be dialed in..I also have 3 inch exaust and ams coolers with bmc filters ..it's on a Cobb 93 oct.. Custom tune.. What's everyone's opinions..

skip the do88 i/c and get a good set of srm 4.5" i/c we also have a great custom made plenum and 82mm t/b setup

Better? Hard to say. Certainly more cost effective. If you already have the AMS I'd call it a day and run them.

Seems the posters above confused the Do88 intake pipes with the Do88 intercooler - definitely get the do88 inlet pipes. That's a no brainer and will benefit just about any setup.

I didn't see anything in your post about a clutch, if you have a tiptronic you can ignore this - but get the latest Sachs combo and you won't have to worry about it again unless you build the engine. Beyond that put some upgraded VTGs on the car - either 65mm HTZ from someone like Sam @ ByDesign, or Champion 68mm if you can find a deal on them.

agreed. i think the AMS ICs kit is the best offering for 997TT market to date.

Perhaps use the 74mm version of the IPD plenum instead,... and then install an Aquamist HSF-3 meth kit?

Those along with your Do88's should be good for another 65 hp or so,.. with no loss in spool-up.

If that's not enough,.. then perhaps have your turbos modified by Blouch,.. with their billet compressor wheels with the 48mm inducer?

Like post #21 in this thread. https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...g-build-2.html

I've ran ams coolers hard.. Garth was even impressed when we hot lapped the dyno back to back to back... Didn't loose that much power.. I really don't know how people can put 3.5 inch coolers on there car now when there's clearly better solutions out therezz
