Can anybody give a ball park of dealer selling price right now?

Thanks

Hope not and really doubt it. Especially with that kind of mileage. There weren't very many post financial crisis cars built, so they aren't that plentiful.

Dealer selling price - probably asking $110-$120k (top of that range is CPO, bottom would be not - a late sold 2012 might still have factory warranty)

Probable actual sale price - $100-$110k. Again, top of the range for a CPO'd car. Personally, I'd look for a $105k +/- $3k CPO price. A really good price would be under $100k, and unless they've been sitting on it awhile, I doubt you'd get CPO for that.

If you do your search a quick glance at autotrader, cars.com, or cargurus, there quite a few 2012 turbo with mileage ranging from 11k - 20k asking just above $90k. I am sure you have some room to negotiate to low $90k. 2012 TTS CPO with low mileage on eBay asking just a tad over $100k now. Good luck, seem like there are a few of 997.2 PDK for sale online, for PTS with no PCCB, I think mid $90k max.

Did a quick search on ebay - the only 2012 Turbo S there is not CPO and 37k miles, for $91k BIN... maybe I didn't see what you meant. But, I think you'd be hard pressed to get one with low miles that cheap.

http://m.ebay.com/itm/Porsche-911-S-...400?nav=SEARCH
This is 2012 with 10k with TTS Cab asking $108k. Good deal if you want to make a move.
http://m.ebay.com/itm/Porsche-911-Tu...121?nav=SEARCH Here is another TTS with 6k miles asking $111k. These are asking prices, I am sure you can negotiate a few grands off the price.
OP asking for 2012 TT PDK, no PCCB which is very common for 997.2TT, may be PTS worth a few more grand but that's all I would pay for it.

its really hard to price a PTS car, but car has 5100 miles to be exact and now CPOd. Dealer is asking $110?

If they sell for $100, would it be reasonable?

How important PTS to you? Is it really worth another $15k? The above example of 2012TTS CPO with 5100 miles asking for $110k. Personally I rather have the TTS than basic TT with PTS. Good luck with your decision.

Personally, if you like the PTS color and the car checks out clean, $110k is not bad. I would start at $100k, but even $105k+ is not bad on that car. (unless it's a really funky PTS color - pink or something.)
