Like to get into your launch control are go into heavy details how it works,,from how much rpm you can hold ...how much boost you can hold...and even talk about a honest conversation about reliability.....

The RPM is adjustable to whatever the protuner sets it to. It can hold a lot of boost or just a little bit, again depending on what the customer would like.

This is made for cars that are looking to drag race. It can break parts, break cats ETC so that is the reason we don't release it in OTS maps and make sure that it is setup by a Cobb Protuner.

I have a set of mpss and I'm looking to get out of the dead spot when you launch..how much boost and what rpm do you you recommend I leave at....btw I made 525 lbft of torque at 3250 on a mustang dyno...so I'm guessing staging at around 3500 with maybe x amount of boost would give me that lift off...also besides staging on the cats what other damage is being done to the car..

If I am reading Cobb's response correctly....it seems like this is a conversation between you and your tuner.

how can someone online tell you how to launch. launch depends on tires, outside temperature, road surface, power, clutch and driver. you need to pick a starting RPM and boost and start testing. start at 3500 rpm and 5 pounds of boost and work your way up on RPM to to 4000 and see how it goes. launch that works best on the street isn't going to be the best launch on a sticky track or prepped street. don't put too much boost in the launch as it becomes violent and takes you to a point where you need axles, axle cups and diff. good luck.

I'm sure members have this set up already and cobb has done it 100x... What's wrong with asking on a normal tar street what people are useing ...it's not rocket science...

judging by the lack of responses here and COBB's response, what you are looking for needs to be tried and tested.

its not.
so try a few settings and see which one works for you and your tires.
