997.2 Boost/vaccum leak at the plenum?

Anyone having problems with boost/vacuum leaks at the hose that attaches to the plenum? I'm not sure what this is is called but it basically is an emissions thing where it returns fuel vapor back into the engine to be burned.

See below pic for the factory T pipe. It is the middle nipple with the black tip. It has o-rings inside which is what is leaking. When I do a pressure test it starts leaking at 1.5 bar. It then stabilizes at around 1.1 bar. The hose doesn't fly off - it is the o rings inside.

Anyone have a solution to this? Do I need to convert it to a worm clamp type system?

Well if it can happen once it can happen 10 times. I need a permanent fix.

I see. Is the stock plastic? Sorry I didn't see... My technician told me. And where do you get a silicon one?
