Opinion on Rotiform DAB wheels color combo on 997.1 TT

Came across the red car in the attached pic and fell in love with the rims, and wanted to get the same ones for my car. Also attached a pic of the rims on a silver car that I found on the rotiform website.

I own the black car in the pick attached, my car has red gauges and red seatbelts and stitching on the interior.

I was thinking of ordering the exact rims and offsets as those two cars, 20x12 and 20x9.

However I was thinking of getting : glass black lip, satin black center and anodized red rivets. I am stuck on if whether the anodized red rivets are a bit too much? Thoughts on these rims based on the color combo I described above.

Any way of someone photoshopping these

Not sure on weight. They are light for what they are, but not a like a light weight racing rim, it is a 20" rim. More concerned about the color combo. It's a 3 piece forged rim.

I have 18" rims with slicks for getting optimal times out of the car

Classic gorgeous looking wheels!

If I were you I would not order them the exact offset as the silver car. The rear wheels look too far out and the owner had to extremely stretch the rear tire (smaller tire then the 12" wheels requires) to not rub. Take a good look at the rear tire/wheel, I don't think you want to have a "low rider" stretch tire look on your 911 like the silver one in the pic (rear tire).

If ordered in the right offsets More positive offset with the same 12" wheels would look hot!

I think the silver car is an issue associated with mounting a small tire more so than the actual offset. The red car I know has 325's/25/20s on the rear, on a 12 inch rim. I also own a set of techart formula II's that are 20x12 with a 325/25/20 on them that mounted properly. I am thinking that may be a 305 stretched to fit a 12" inch rim. I could be wrong. But everything about both those cars looks right with the excpeption of the tire fitment on the silver cars rear rims.

i love those wheels and i also have a black car and wonder how they would look on it, personally i would skip the red rivets, it would be too much.

silver car seems to have a decent strech on both rear and front, its not terrible in the pics, i dont know how it looks in person.

I think a gloss black lip on flat black centers would look perfect on a black car. I would not go with red rivets or bolts though...too much. Personally I'd go with black, but if you wanted some contrast, a titanium look would be nice.

The red car in the OP has a fantastic stance and set up. I believe that car is for sale too.

Thoughts on these wheels? Vossens CG205

Can be customer ordered with an extreme concave and correct offsets to sit perfect.

Thoughts?
Thinking same colour as the R8 in pic.
