That's not a TT caliper. Appears to be a PCCB GT3 caliper which has been repainted green. The yellow insert is a Zircon heat insulator which is used on the GT3 and Cup calipers (TT calipers have 1 piece steel pistons). The zircon insulator is originally glued into the recess in the top of the piston. The glue breaks down with heat and they become loose. You can install Cup car puck retainers which tie the two together. They are sold by Porsche Motorsport for about $10 each. You will need 6 per caliper. I have them on all of mine. BTW, don't drop the zircon inserts. They are very fragile and break easily. They are not sold separately, only as part of a full caliper rebuild kit for $800 by Porsche Motorsport.

So what options would I have? Are the piston diameters different?

They are basically throwaways unless someone makes some aftermarket replacement pistons. Don't know...

Yes, the piston diameters are different, larger on the TT calipers.

Pwdr, do you have part numbers for these? Or a downloadable PDF of the Cup car parts catalog? I have the GT3 RSR catalog but the pucks are not listed.
