Help With DME Report

Hi Guys, long time that I have been out but I’m looking to get back into a 997.1 Turbo.
The car is a one owner 09 manual with 88k miles and I have a PPI scheduled on Friday at the local dealership where the car has been serviced in the last few years.
A previous “buyer” got a DME report and I wouldn’t be alarmed by the results but for the fact that the last over revs were done very recently likely by the salesperson taking the car for a joyride or during a test drive.
What do you guys think of this report?

Based upon my past report I think you are ok. Any of the high revs occurred 1k hours ago

I wouldn't so much as bat an eye with this very clean DME report, even with the recent overrevs. These Mezgers are incredibly stout powerplants.

Ok that’s what I thought. Hopefully the PPI goes well on Friday so that I can finalize the purchase and get behind the wheel to properly start the new year.
Thank you for the responses.

Range 1&2 happened 0.1 hours ago...likely someone new to the car and had no idea how quick first gear happens when you punch it. DME readings are fine!! Buy it if everything else checks out.

I did a PPI at the local Porsche dealership and they came to the same conclusion that the DME report was of no concerns as well. I bought the car last Monday and it is being shipped cross country this Friday.
