997 plenum mule

Dear fellow 6 speeders,

I volunteered my new 997tt to be the test mule for the R & D of the new 997 plenum. I would never claim to have the technical knowledge that most of you have regarding such add on's to such an incredible car. Like most of you, I am addicted to the idea of going faster. I took my car and had it put on a mustang dyno. This dyno tells no lies, unlike the dyno jet, which can get higher results. I felt that this was a very realistic test that was ran. The plenum proved to be the real deal with the highest gains in the 6000 rpm range. You can see the dyno results in one of the threads on this site. I am very happy to say that I endorse this product. I've had no engine lights, no overheating problems, just pure enjoyable power gains.

No loss , more consistent power through out , it is on the dyno sheet, may sound strange but after first week of new plenum the car adapted and is more noticable, the gentelmen at RSS & turbo mike did there R&D they were great to work with .

997 Turbo Plenum Dyno Results

Here are the Dyno results for the 997 Turbo plenum. This dyno run was performed with the engine in Sport Mode with an all wheel dyno, which means this power is measured at the wheels. The car also has upgraded exhaust, RSS/IPD high flow throttle body and software installed.

RSSGREG,

What are stock 997 TT numbers on your dyno ?

Also, do you have any acceleration data before and after the plenum ?

Thanks
Emre

997 Turbo Dyno Numbers

Her are the numbers of the for the dyno pull that you see above. Again, this pull was performed in Sport Mode on an all wheel dyno which means the numbers you see are at the wheels. You can see the before plenum install and after plenum install.

Do you also have the RSS/IPD high flow throttle body available as well? What software did you use?
