Headlight Help!
Addendum.....went to DD today, Eddie is a stand up guy and he's going to make it right. He replaced my sides today at NC(another story). He's personally going to the dealer with me in the AM, he's also hooking me up on some more CB work. He's doing the right thing by the customer, after sale customer service is very rare these days. These are stand up guys who are trying to do the right thing. The guy doing the install prolly just made a honest mistake, but it's a 130k car so it gets magnified I guess. Stay tuned, part two tomorrow.
Akin to being a surgeon, what separates the average ones from the truely good ones is not necessarily how well you do a specific operation, but rather how they deal with the complications afterward....

Exactly - this is no short cut method. These guys are as good as it gets. **** happens unfortunately and as Chris said, it's how it's handled afterwards that counts.
These guys came highly recommended, I've seen their work, first class. Now we'll see how they manage the complication. I'm sure all will be ok in the end.
Maybe they'll do my hood for free?
