How can you wait it out like that? I wouldn't be able to keep new wheels in my garage for more than a day. I'd take a day off of work to get them installed!

I already took them out of the box and inspected all of them. Just am not going to provide any pics of the actual wheels until they are installed on the car. I cannot wait to get them on the car, but am working this week through saturday, have sunday off, work a few days, and am then heading to phoenix and san diego for 6 days on vacation with my gal. btw, anyone have recommendations on some nice restaurants in SD?

Food wasn't really good last time I went there, but they did have a few notable spots for couples: Stingaree, Coronado Hotel, and partying in the GasLamp district in general.

At least you'll be able to occupy yourself while waiting for the wheels to be put on. I waited a month, and man did I keep myself busy so I'd stop looking at the wheels.

Enjoy your trip and post those pics once you can!

Worth checking out the scene at the Hard Rock Hotel which just opened in the Gaslamp. As for restaurants, I suggest you try Bleu Bohemme - great rustic frech food. Enjoy!

Check out Marine Room in La Jolla. It's right on the beach.

You can't go wrong with George's in downtown La Jolla. Then you can go for a nice stroll in the cove and then stop in a nearby hotel lounge for some jazz and macallan. i miss san diego...

It must be a painful wait. I bet they will look great when you get everything together though.

Not really a painful wait given it rains here all the time in winter. But it has been sunny this entire week, so it would have been great to already have them on. Plus with so much going on it makes the wait no big deal.
