Heated seats in a cab?

This would be for a car in So Cal - San Diego to be exact. For those with heated seats in your cab, how much of a "must have" option would you say this is vs. being something you can do without?

TIA!

I don't own a cab but if you have anykind of a lower back issue, heated seats are a must. I have a herniated disc and I use my seat heaters everyday possible. It loosens and relaxes my back. Must have in my book.

I have owned a 996 cab, a 997S cab, an SL500, and an SL600. Heated seats are a must on any cab. Wind chill is a ***** and even temps in the low 50s can feel frigid with air moving around you.

It's an absolute must have. I live in Chicago, so it obviously gets very cold here. But, I use the heated seats even when the temperatures are not frigid. Yesterday was 55 degrees, and I had the heated seats on when the top was down because of the wind chill. Also, I don't think that my wife would drive in the car with me with the top down unless it was above 75 degrees if I didn't have heated seats. (You decide whether or not that is impetus for you to order heated seats.)

Heated seats are a must in every car. It's a great "everyday luxury" that I wouldn't want to be without.

I think they're a must have in any car. While we share your wonderful weather (we're in Dana Point) we felt that heated seats were necessary in our coupe.

I never use mine personally, and I live in the bay area. They are very helpful though because they keep my woman warm, which subsequently keeps her quiet when she's in my car

They are the kind of option that you never think about until you want them, then you start to say "I should have ordered those!" besides when not in use you don't know they are there.

Must have, but then again it can get cold where I live.

i'm in san diego w/ a 997s cab, and use them more then i would have ever thought.

when its 50 degrees in the morning you can put the top down, crank the floor heat, put on the seat heaters and it feels like you're in a jacuzzi. they're great - definitely a must have.

+1000. Heated seats are a must, even more so on a cab. In my M3 cab it felt downright cold anytime temps were below 60, esp at night. Without the heated seats and heater on it would have been brutal.
