PASM dampers

What can I expect to get for slighty used OEM PASM dampers if I sell?

Nothing, I don't think there is a market for used items that are still covered by factory warranty.

I have a set as well, but I will sit on them for a while.

Thanks, but I guess there should be several people with lowering springs who need new dampers soon. So sooner or later there should be a market for these I think.

I bought a set on ebay with 9,000 miles for $150 shipped if that gives you a reference point.

There were zero bidders on them and we did the deal after the auction ended.

Why did you buy them?

I had some Gemballa springs that I was going to sell but when the super cheap PASM struts came along I figured that I'd just slap the the springs in them and keep my original ones just in case.

Ride height is fine and the car works pretty well. The Gemballas are just about as comfy as the OEMs and PASM works well with them.

My Service Advisor mentioned that they had no problems with customers "blowing out" shocks with the springs and recommended going with springs/PASM unless I wanted total adjustability ala Moton.

I figured if I got really serious about this car in a couple of years I might go f/i and upgrade the suspension to Motons.

I had it happen to me, had to put the car back to stock and then get them replaced under warranty. Now I have the Damptronics (with a life time Warraty, as long as I own the car).

Dredging up an old post here, but I'd be interested in a full set of PASM dampers - recently purchased a high mile '05 C2S and I'd like fresh(er) struts as I go over the car. If anyone has as set collecting dust in their closet or garage, PM me.

Bilsteins are nice, but I have a dedicated track car and wish to keep this mostly OEM - slightly used PASM struts > more $$....
