My cab was noisier on the freeway than my Targa is. The noise is from the adjacent traffic noise coming through the soft top near the rear quarter windows, as well as the wind noise over the soft top at higher speeds. Other than that, I agree with you that the cab is a wonderfully handling car.

I would not say the cab is quieter than the coupe, but for a cab it does remarkably well with reducing noise. I was actually quite surprised / expected noisier.

Hey, any of you cab owners experience creaking / crackling noise from the front windshield header area? I get that a bit going over uneven surfaces, diagonally onto a driveway etc. Happens when top is up or down.
Wondering if this is common or if I should take it in to be looked at.

schnee- the #1 most useful daily mod you MUST do is the SmartTOP. I cannot stress how simply useful this is. It revises how the windows work, enables drive-off door locking, makes the top operation "one touch" up/down, put top up/down with the key remote, etc. Install is a BREEZE! sign up at www.pcars.us, buy from BlackKnight for member discount. Tell him I referred you. read about it at www.mods4cars.com

That will fix your back window issue

This is one of the most useful mods for a ragtop I've ever seen.
