YES, I know Coilovers are the ONLY way to go and I would be wasting my time money by buying springs because I will eventually upgrade a to a coilover system. Thanks, I got it.
I did do a "SEARCH" and I could not find much info on the Eibach Springs, just the H&R. It seems that the Eibach springs have a little less of a drop highth than the H&R's and that is why I am interested in them. Any info would be great. Thanks for your time!!

This needs to be your decision and only yours.I do not want to be responsible if you are not happy.
I personally went with coil-overs and haven't regretted it yet.I love how low it is.

I'm running on Techart springs, lowered the car about 1". Seems like the perfect ride height, without compromising the ride whatsoever. Purchased them through CEC (Claus Ettensberger Corp.) in West Los Angeles.
2009 997 c2 before and after pics with eibach pro kit
before and after pics. lowered the ride a total of about 1" all around.

I'm running the Eibach springs on my car
The drop is modest, but I honestly can't see going any lower. I live in the greater Los Angeles area and the roads here aren't known for being particularly bad. However I really have to be careful around town when going over dips in the road, speed bumpes or driveway ramps. In other words, my car scrapes all the time, I mean literally every day the underside of my car touches some part of the road beneath me. There is no damage, and I think the part that scrapes is a lip under the front bumper, but it is disconcerting nonetheless.
Here is a thread with some pics of my car.

Eibach springs drop height 1". I have read that you do not want to go any lower as it will affect other parts of suspension. However, an alignment will be necessary. Also, I found that this 1" drop will still force you to be very careful with dips, driveways, etc. Don't go lower"!! Surprisingly, this 1" drop makes a significant improvement esthetically.
