Why not LWFW? Install will make your cost higher, but it's the BEST bang per buck mod I've done to date.

Neither...save your money for something better like Suspension...

But if I was to have to choose...go with software...

He shouldn't do a lwfw by itself, not worth the labor.

Do the lwfw, when you do the clutch.

I put a LWFW in my car and left the clutch alone, it had about 60% left on it and the shop and I figured at least two years left on it.

I don't have either, but I think the software might give you some gains, were the plenumn seems to provide no reasonable gains.

OK Guys, He didn't ask A or B or any number of other options. He wants to spend $900 on either plenum or software, so let's help him out here with an answer. Go with B - Softronic! I've had it on my 997.1S, my 997 GT3, and will have it on my 997.2S when it arrives. It really is worth it.

Wow, I never knew really what the whole Rep Power thing was until I just noticed mine went down?!? So I looked at my CP and saw that somebody reading this thread didn't like what I wrote here and gave me negative feedback. All I suggested was "let's try to help him with his A or B question and not go on about other ideas..." Guess one has to be careful not to offer a suggestion to our fellow forumites

Dang Ron, that sux...you've always been very help and one of the guys I follow on the forums since we both like the sport aspect of Porsches and are track guys. Like you, I always try to give the correct advice and I always speak my mind and my true opinion.

I don't pay too much attention to the rep power. We all know who is a good member, and who isn't. I tried to give you one back, but it won't let me give you any more points for a while.

I agree Mike, nothing wrong with have a difference in opinions. If we all agreed with what the other guy says, then we wouldn't have much to discuss on this or any other forum.
