I am happy to own my dream car ... an 09 997S in the fastest color black of course. Tastefully optioned and a joy to drive. Oddly enough I have no desire to mod at this point as it is so far ahead of any sports car I have previously owned. A few details:

Manual
PASM
Sports Chrono Plus
Nav
Bose+
Leather Sport Seats
A few other interior goodies

I came out of an 08 Z51 Vette and there is no comparison. Had an 08 M3 before that and again for me no comparison.

I've owned her for a couple of weeks but have been lurking in the shadows. An interesting bunch you are. Car nuts are car nuts regardless of the car.

I bought local and received a 6% discount. Not the greatest but I wanted the car and after several hours of dealing I had enough.

Beautiful--it is black or basalt black? I have basalt but in most pictures it looks black.
