Hi Everyone - I have been lurking on this forum for a couple of months now and finally pulled the trigger on a used 2006 C2S. Like many of you out there, I debated whether or not I should buy new or used, but in the end, found a PERFECT 1 owner C2S with 6K miles on it which I got CPO'ed (the seller ran the transaction through his dealer which offered to CPO the car). The car is absolutely MINT, no blemishes whatsoever, will ALL the options that I would want and more...

I feel absolutely privileged to drive such a fine machine... My last P-car was a 1994 Porsche 968, and after 5 years of "sports car abstinence" while driving boring company cars, I have been able to fulfill a long time dream of owning (yes - no liens on this one! ) a 911.

Here are the mandatory pics taken at delivery... I am getting a clear bra installed tomorrow and the OEM short shift kit before year's end. Looking forward of many years of enjoyment!

Congrats, I am partial to 06 Grey C2S's! Looks great and the Carrera Classic wheels are the nicest IMO.

Dave in OR - I paid around $56K for the car including the CPO (which was $2K and optional). This was the best price I could found for a MINT 1 owner car with the options I wanted. Well worth the wait.

I am getting a premier clear bra installed (non-custom) as I type this, and there is a sick Gallardo and CLK63 Black Series next to my car... the car feels and looks special to me even next to these 2 monsters!
