I do plan to dyno my car at some point in the future. Only mods I currently have are the headers and the BMC filter. I will post the results when I do.
How does the torque band shift then? Do we get more down low? or less?

Appreciate if you shared the results! Would be great if you also posted a baseline.

With the cats I felt it was an increase throughout the whole power range. The headers generally fatten up the midrange with a little more up top. The cats don't hurt you anywhere in the powerband..at least I didn't feel any, I thought it got better.

Depends on the header design, but with X51 (large diameter & short primaries) it shifts the torque band ~600rpm to the right so you get a little more in the higher rpms. Typically more flow will favor higher rpms. Any loss down low if any is negligable as Dave said.

You know what gets me is people complain there was a loss at 3500rpm or so, but what they aren't realizing it could be the midrange and topend is so much better that it gives the illusion there was a loss of low end. Also, how often are you below 3500 rpm?
