Coming from many different cabs i can say that it might happen like it might not.
Really depends on the car you fall on... I don't any brand is immune to it.

Another 'no drip' reference. I don't drive my car in the rain (that's why I own a Prius - among other reasons) and keep the car covered when outside, but I've been caught in the rain a few times and no drops. Just a few drops around the rear side windows when I wash it, but a dab of a rag and it's all gone.

I have had my cab only since the end of December, but here in San Mateo it rains constantly in Jan & Feb. I haven't had any issues yet at all.

Thanks to all for the replies. Just like Joe said, just yesterday we had rain, hail, and sun all in the space of an hour. But glad to hear no one has had any major issues. Now if I could just find the exact car I want...

I've never had a problem with roof leak during rain or snow...but my roof leaked a little last week, when I took it through a water jet only car-wash.
