Question Question about spacers--

I've looked at this and other forums about adding spacers to my car, but honestly--many of the threads get too detailed for the knucklehead that I am.

So, if anyone can recommend a basic set of spacers that would bring the wheels out to the edge (or close to the edge) of the wheelwells without throwing off handling, I'd appreciate the tip.

I've got a C4S with the lobsters and I love the way they fill the wheelwells, but I'd like them pushed a little laterally. For those who've done it, is it worthwhile?

5 or 7mm up front? 7 or 14mm out back? Should I get the Porsche spacers or others?

Again, I know it's not a Honda forum, but please keep it simple for me!

I'm actually looking to get spacers as well for my .2 C4, my dealer recommended 5mm front and back (Porsche spacers of course) but I would like hear a second opinion from those of you who have got spacers...

Get 7mm front and 14mm rear for stock C2S wheels/Tires. I recomend H&R spacers...contact TireRack.com...or see Damon from Tire Rack on these forums and he will know what to get you.

For my 997.2 C4S. Sport II. I put 7mm front and 10mm rear. Perfect. I order 14mm for the rear before, its too much out.

I run 7mm Front and 15mm Rear.

Here is a thread that I made that shows how they sit, this is on a C2S.
