Most times I do take the high ground. Most of the time it isn't safe anyway. I'm perfectly content to right-lane it all the way home from work, no worries.

 

is your p-car a 6-speed? if so, what was your launch technique? drop at xRPMs or nice and steady launch?

 

I'm not sure who you are asking but I will hold about 3-4K on the dial and release the clutch in a "knee-jerk" type movement instead of side stepping or "dumping" it. This allows me to slip a little until all the weight is over the rear.
