Most of you probably ride on "summer" tires all year long - but for those of us up here in the Great White North this time of the year is special - we get to put some new shoes on for the summer!

Let's see some pictures of your "summer set-up" - aftermarket wheels, or OEM, if it looks good - let's see 'em.

I know a lot of people use these posts to get ideas for their own "summer set-ups" so if you could leave details of the brand of wheel, size, tire sizes, etc. - It might end up being a cool resource for those looking to get new wheels and tires, upgrading, or just wanting to spruce things up a little...

I know most of you have seen my "summer" set-up...so I will post for future 6speeders....
BOTH sets are DPE wheels....and I have to say the quality is AMAZING along with the customer service!

The NEW ones.....SPSC-5's machine finish centers with polished lips

Wow Stacy...those wheels are now on my wish list though my wife will not let another set of wheels lie around the house. By comparison, my wheels are boring. I have a set of stock Turbo wheels for the winter and just swapped them last weekend for my summer wheels....again the stock Carrera S II wheels. Again...those SPSC-5's are amazing.

I'm still stoked about these NB Turbo wheels I found for my '05 C2S, so here's my OEM representation for this thread:

 

Funny thing I get so many PM's saying they like one or the other better....it is like a split decision,LOL!
Even I cannot decide which I like better.........

TRUST me DPE IS amazing to deal with....and considering that they are priced competitively with the other HIGH end wheel companies....it was a no brainer for me!
I love both sets.......
I listed the gold ones for sale BUT not 100% sure that I want to sell them,LOL!
How cool would it be to be able to switch the look of your car in afternoon with a wheel a change?!

Boring old stock for now... looking to improve the look in the coming weeks... stay tuned :-)

 

Best thing to do IS contact one of the DPE wheel sponsors for the price.I got a special deal due to me being the guinea pig on the NEW set,if you will,LOL!
