Man oh man! I did it this weekend. He is a very good friend and somewhat of a car nut, so I threw him the keys. Started out OK, shifting at under 3k, stops at the lights, revs up the engine, pops the clutch and bam. Then the next set of lights, rides the small pedal to the left for eternity...longest 10 minutes of my life as a passenger. Not fun losing my pcar passenger virginity!

 

Great thread! It's neat how it's a different experience for everyone. Personally, I wouldn't hesitate to let another enthusiast drive my 9974S. My wife is another story because she doesn't drive manual and is generally a "curious" driver.
