PCM headunit replacement question

Hi folks,

I've been searching the forum here and have found some options regarding replacing my head unit. However, non are specific to my car. I have a 05 CS2 and absolutely hate the outdated Nav system. I called the local Porsche dealer and was advised that buying a new PCM unit was not available. However, he suggested the Kenwood double din unit (he doesn't know model) and gave me a number to the guy that does the install. However, the cost will be around 4K...sounds kinda steep. Hence, my questions:
1. By replacing my PCM unit, what I'm going to be disabling in my car? For example, I read somewhere that PASM will be disable is that true?
2. Any specific model you guys can recommend? I'm looking for Nav/MP3/Bluetooth combination. A iPhone/Ipd connection would be great but not needed.
3. Lastly, regarding bluetooth the last unit I got to replace my Boxster had Bluetooth but that thing was unusable. Any good Mic/Bluetooth system I can use for phone hookup?

Thanks!

I think that they are trying to stiff you with that quote of 4K. I replaced with a Pion Navic Z120, replaced all the speakers minus the center with Focals and a Focal power amp with installation for 3.5K. Find a reputable shoppe.
BTW I had already modified my intake and exhaust systems and my car sounds loud and the sound is top notch.
