Why on earth do you need to spread drama from one forum to the other?

 

drama? when i see such stuff i do not think it is about 'spreading drama' - it is about having people informed. that`s how social networks work.

 

I believe it was already locked on here, this is probably headed in the same direction.

 

I know members here often become upset when the moderators close complaint threads. However, too often people jump into these threads with little or no information, or log in pretending to be bystanders...the truth becomes distorted. Insults ensue, negotiations break down, and the victim (either member or vendor) is left on an island with really bad feelings.

As moderators, we have no way to identify who is being truthful, who is exaggerating, and who is outright lying. We try to resolve issues off the forum as advocates for the members, but can't do so if someone's reputation has been bashed beyond repair. As you can see from the rennlist thread, members offer opinions about how the situation should be handled. But in the end, it becomes more difficult to resolve the conflict.

Not handled well by either party....sad 2 c it dumped on a forum.
It seems that the OP got the monies back with a restocking fee. I can c both sides. This truly is a NO win situation for both

 

What Drama!! I guess it would be best not to trash others or companies, I also feel we are all gentlemen and ladies (just in case) and should not judge something that is going on in another forum. Thanks for the alert, but lets move on.
