Weird Phenomenon with Dectane Front LED's
So I leave my car parked in the garage and plug it into a Porsche trickle charger that plugs from a wall outlet into the cigarette lighter. I noticed that the front LED's flash on and off every 10 seconds or so when the car is plugged in. It's been going on for about a month. I figured it's something to do with AC/DC and voltage based on the frequency. So today I unplugged it and noticed it randomly started doing the same thing NOT PLUGGED IN!!!
Is my car haunted?!?! Any ideas? Oh and I also have the Dectane module installed if that helps.

Does it do the same when locked after a few minutes?
The canbus system of the car checks whether the filament bulbs are burnt by passing a little current in the harness. As a result, my converted front leds on my TT "glow" when the engine is turned off, and for a few minutes. Less if I lock the car I believe...

Yes I have the Orange-Tuning DRL module installed. Is this a known problem with the modules? I did alot of research (read all the posts) before and never heard of this issue. Can it be fixed? Where are the post of others with the same issue?
I think 1 member severed the wires and added a quick connect piece to disconnect every time he used the car charger. Another option was a different DRL module that would elimate this. I think most have tried the diode hack to avoid the DRL module all together.

I'm not 100% sure and I hope others with 1st hand exp will chime in. I don't have the front LEDs on my car and had been watching the threads closely as I decided if I would add them.
Good luck with getting it resolved.

Yes, there is an issue with the DRL's that are connected with the DRL Module to function like 997.2 DRL. The issue occurs when it's connected to a trickle charger or battery charger. PM TT2911 for more info or check this thread for some initial info (Post #26):
