Single Cylinder Misfire
Single Cylinder Misfire
2012 C4S 3500 miles (Standard Transmission)
Cylinder #6 Misfire. Car shudders (like its gonna stall) on acceleration, much worse at lower RPMs less noticeable @ >5000
Has anyone had any issues?
Dealer initially thought it was a gas quality issue. I've only ever filled with 93 octane (7 11 gas...).
Any help/direction would be appreciated.

Its not the gas I'm certain of that. Single cylinder misfire if it was gas it would be all as you stated. I hope they find out soon.

Some engines do not like discount gasoline.
While a misfire is a pretty dramatic way for an engine to signal displeasure with the gasoline it is being fed you should consider switching to another brand, a top tier gasoline. Shell is good as is Chevron along with Philips 66 and Unocal 76. There may be others in your area.
But if the misfire comes back get the car in and do not take its the gas for an explanation.

clear it and see if it comes back
I once had a series of misfires on various cylinders when starting after parking in heavy rain. I cleared it (after recording them all) on my obd reader and they never came back. fingers crossed. If there truly is a problem, the CEL will re-appear.
Thanks for the info. Next question. Had the plugs done @ 60k miles. Now have 72k miles. Should I just do all the coils and plugs again while they are in there? Is this one of those things where the $ are in the labor and it just makes sense to do it all at once?
true, you dont really need new plugs at only 12k but why not, since the tech will be in there anyway. a coil has to come out to a the plug which (realistically) will only take an extra 2 minutes to extract/replace. and at about 10bucks per plug, why not just get them new again, ya know?
(caveat: i say realistically because a stealership does not know this term and will prob charge "theoretical" rates = 500 bucks additional labor.
