997.2 targa 4S crashed in Acapulco Mexico

I received this pictures from a friend of mine, the accident happened at Acapulco Mexico after the final tennis match Nadal Vs Ferrer, I think the owner had to much to drink and this is how it ends.

I think the occupants did ok for what I can see, make your own idea.

Judging from the open spoiler (looks like it was retracting) he was going at least 55 mph

Interesting to note that the right rear tire is nowhere to be seen.
I wonder if a blowout was the cause of the crash.....

The spoiler could also be manually activated. When the car comes to a complete stop like it is in these pictures it should drop back down if it were in auto mode.

opens up at 75 and then closes when you get below 55
Possible to open and close manually, however it would not be retracting even if you slowed down if manually opened

Wow the glass top is completely un-mangled or off the hinges.

As I mentioned. The rear tire is gone. Just two weeks ago at Daytona damn near half a car went through the fence. The wheel/tire front assembly went through the fence. The tire stayed on. I can't tell you the last time I have seen any accident where the tire literally came off the wheel. Something is not right.
