I saw this and was contemplating it. Forgive me for the noob question but how exactly does the "poker" part work? I may just show up for the BBQ. Someone said FREE FOOD!?

 

Usually you get an envelope with instructions, drive to some spot, collect a random card, do it 5 times, and best "hand" wins the prizes at the end. Sort of like a rally. If they pick good "spots" for the cards we'll be up in the Malibu canyon tearing up some curves.

 

Sounds like fun. I've signed up. Hope to see some 6speeders there.

Nice aggressive stance. By how much did you drop it by? What kind of springs did you use? Thinking of doing the same to my 997S but I'm not sure how it will effect the Sports suspension.

Hey Romy - good talking to you last Sunday. The car is lowered by 1.2" with H&R sport springs. I'd recommend them for a reasonably cost effective solution. However, if I had more $ to invest, I'd probably opt for Bilstein PS 10 coilovers instead and drop by 1". I'd scrape curbs a lot less I'm sure.
