Got myself an X51 air box, GT3 throttle body, plenum, before & after dynos

Hi there

Managed to get myself an X51 carbon air box, so it fits better I've also gone with this:-

EuroCupGT 82mm GT3 Throttle Body & Plenum Kit for 997 Carrera C2S, they also sell hose which works with stock air box too, looks good especially the carbon fibre plenum, heres a link:-
http://www.porscheshop.co.uk/acatalo...induction.html

At the moment car has stock air box but I dremeled out the resonator and put in a BMC filter, also got X51 headers and PSE too. Also had softronic map but at this state of tune the difference between stock and softronic map was like 2BHP peak and no change elsewhere. Still the car made 358BHP at the flywheel.

Car now has NHP 200 cel cats and loading the softronic on the car with these fitted could be felt on butt dyno, so softronic no doubt working better with high-flow cats. Car goes to the dyno in one to two weeks to get a baseline figure with the cats fitted. Then the euro cup plenum, GT3 throttle body and X51 air box with BMC filters shall be fitted and car ran again on dyno, softronic shall then be removed to see if it is helping make more power or not with the above.

I shall post dyno plots all together when all done, but looking forward, be good to make 385-390BHP at flywheel.

I will love to hear from your results, as I have the x51 box, gt3 tb and NHP plenum... I also have the NHP 200 cell x pipes. the x51 box alone is beautiful!

Hi there

Got an X51 airbox as you guys know, but its missing a part which Porsche can't locate for me as they need a partcode, I've circled the image in the part:-

Can someone please pull this part of their airbox, it just easily pulls off and should have a partcode stamped on it. Can someone post the partcodes which are stamped on it please to help me source a part.

If Porsche don't have it separately then I need to try and get something made up, otherwise my engine will suck in warm air.

Hi Joel

Do you think anyone can supply me this part?

One more thing the one of the other side is a slightly different size, is this true?

I just bought the part from the my local dealer and the X-51 side bellows is # sc997-110-252-00. The bellows for non x-51 or the left side (looking at the engine) is # sc997-110-250-00

Disregard my part number. That is for the piece that fits in the decklid. Sorry.

I guess best idea is buy that bellow part and then modify it to fit, as can't see anywhere that sells the bellow for right side of X51 air box.
