gundo hack and sound system installation in Orange County, CA anyone??

Hello everyone!,

So after almost 4 months of enjoying driving my 997.2 , I'm ready to start doing some mods on it, this is what I have in my mind right now:

1. Gundo Hack
2. Change the sound system, speakers, and wanna keep the headunit.
3. I'm currently looking here on the forum and online for a set of turbo ii wheels to swap them for my wheels I currently have.

Anyways, I was wondering if anybody could recommend me a good place in OC where to do the Gundo Hack, and also a good sound system shop where to do the speakers??

Thank you for any help in advance!!!

Search Chris Sterling on here. He comes highly recommended. He's in Irvine behind the Spectrum.

I'd recommend Gold Star Audio in Irvine for the stereo install. They stock/use decent gear, e.g. Arc Audio, Audison, Rainbow, etc. I've been going to them for years.

I got my Gundo's from Chris Sterling as well +1 for him.

Just a tip. IF you have Bose, and you want to keep the headunit, it's a PITA, because there are no signal-flat low-level outputs available (the audio signal is through the fiberoptic MOST). So the only place you can get a signal to your aftermarket amps is through the multi-channel already crossed-over speaker level outputs from the Bose amp. You'll need a pretty good processor to sum and de-equalize this source, and it won't be perfect. So you may want to consider and aftermarket headunit.
