Knowing that this is an item that you replace every 40K miles, and knowing the importance (can you spell critical?) of this component, I would bite the bullet and buy the Porsche factory part.

I get my parts from Pelican and got the "expensive" one and I am very happy with it.

Which belt you go with is up to you but each will perform as required by Porsche within the service range of the belt.
